A resident of Amity, Maine, Mary Gregor serves as trustee with the Meadows and Mountains Trust and oversees a full range of real estate investments. Guiding acquisitions and sales, she coordinates with surveyors and attorneys in meeting goals set out by the trust. Mary Gregor’s role over the past 25 years has extended to marketing on behalf of the trust.

An alumna of the University of Maine, Ms. Gregor studied plant and soil sciences and throughout high school she worked on her family’s farm. Currently residing on an old farm, she enjoys activities such as fishing and canoeing, as well as taking her dog on walks in natural areas.

Through the Meadows and Mountains Trust, Ms. Gregor has provided gifts of environmental forestry conservation easements to the Forest Society of Maine. In her role as trustee, she has also sold more than 500 acres of land, at a significant discount to its market value, for heritage trust conservation purposes.
